For the toast:
6 slices of bread
60ml milk of your preference
1 tsp vanilla extract
3-5 tbsp Med Cuisine Date Paste
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Slice the bread slices into 4 squares, spread the Date paste over the bread and place on another bread slice.
Mix the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
Dip the squares in the mix, dripping off any excess.
In a frying pan, melt some butter, toast the squares on each side until golden.
Mix the sugar with cinnamon to coat the french toasts in. Then, enjoy! 😉
