Ingredients: 600g cooked chickpeas 4 tablespoons Med Cuisine Black Tahini Juice of 1 lemon 1 clove of garlic (optional) 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling Salt, to taste For Garnish: Black and white sesame seeds Instructions: Blend the Hummus: In a food processor, combine the cooked chickpeas, black tahini, lemon juice, garlic (if using), olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. If the hummus is too thick, you can add a little water or additional olive oil to achieve the desired consistency. Serve: Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl or plate. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds for garnish. Enjoy!
