Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, tahini, baking powder, sugar, and soft unsalted butter. Mix manually and knead until a uniform dough is formed. Shape the Cookies: Divide the dough into approximately 40 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring a few centimeters of space between each cookie. Press an almond (or your preferred nut) into the center of each cookie. Bake: Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until they are just golden.
