Ingredients:
400g plain flour
300g Med Cuisine Tahini
10g baking powder
200g sugar
200g soft unsalted butter
For decorating – almonds, melted chocolate and whatever you love!
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to medium heat of 180 degrees.
Manually mix all ingredients together in a bowl and knead until uniform dough is obtained.
Make about 40 equal balls out of the dough, and place them in a baking tray, lined with a few cm between each other.
Place your preferred nut (/almonds) in the centre of the formed cookies.
Bake the cookies for 15 minutes, only until golden.
Cool slightly, (optional: drizzle melted chocolate) and keep in a closed box.
Caution: You can't stop snacking these delights!
