  1. Prepare Chickpeas:

    • Add the chickpeas to a mixer or food processor. Make sure your mixer has a 3.5kg capacity. If not, prepare in two batches, dividing portions equally.
    • Add 150ml of water to the chickpeas. Grind for 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Add Tahini:

    • Add the full jar of tahini (454g) and the remaining 150ml of water.
    • Continue grinding for another 30 seconds until a creamy, smooth texture is obtained.
  3. Serve and Garnish:
