Make sure your mixer has a 3.5kg capacity. If not, prepare in two batches, dividing portions equally. Add 150ml of water to the chickpeas. Grind for 30 seconds until smooth. Add Tahini: Add the full jar of tahini (454g) and the remaining 150ml of water. Continue grinding for another 30 seconds until a creamy, smooth texture is obtained.
