Ingredients:
For the Salad:
- 1 iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 2 little gem lettuces, chopped
- A handful of arugula or other preferred salad greens
For the Amba Vinaigrette:
- 100g Med Cuisine Amba sauce
- 50g honey
- 50g olive oil
- 50g fresh water
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Vinaigrette:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Amba sauce, honey, olive oil, water, and lemon juice. Whisk together until smooth and homogeneous. Alternatively, place all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well to combine.

Assemble the Salad:
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the iceberg lettuce, little gem lettuces, and arugula (or other salad greens).

Dress the Salad:
- Add the vinaigrette to the salad according to your preference and toss to coat evenly.

Serve:
- Transfer the dressed salad into a serving bowl. Sprinkle a generous amount of Med Cuisine Dukkha spice blend over the top.
