For the salad:
1 Iceberg lettuce
2 little gem lettuce
Rucola or any other leaves that you like
For the Amba vinaigrette:
50g olive oil
50g fresh water
Fresh lemon juice (half)
Salt and pepper
Pour into a small mixing bowl all the dressing ingredients and whisk together to a homogenous and smooth vinaigrette.
Or, add all ingredients to the glass jar and shake well to the same result.
Mix the lettuce and leaves in a large mixing bowl, add dressing according to your preferences and mix.
Pour into a serving bowl and sprinkle a handful of Med cuisine Dukkha spice blend on top.
