Oat milk- 250ml
Porridge oats - 50g
Med Cuisine Tahini - 3 tbsp
Small pinch of salt
A pinch of pistachio
Put the oats and milk in a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer.
Cook gently over a medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Add the tahini and date syrup to it, mix it well.
Finish with a pinch of salt stirred through.
Add more milk to thin the porridge, if you like.
For topping use some raspberries, blueberries and pistachio or any other preferred fruits.
