Ingredients:
A cup of frozen peas
4 tablespoons of Med Cuisine Tahini
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper according to taste
Instructions:
If you’re using frozen peas, heat the peas in the microwave for half a minute to defrost them or leave out for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Put the peas and all the other ingredients in a food processor.
Mix for about a minute or until the ingredients have combined to a smooth, spreadable texture.
Taste and add pepper, lemon and salt according to your taste.
We recommend having it with toasted bread, radishes, cucumber, tomato or any veggie you prefer.
