THE PINKY SPREAD

Ingredients:

Boiled beetroot ( can be vacuumed) - 100-120g

Med Cuisine Organic Tahini3/4 cup

Cold water - 1/2 cup

Squeezed lemon juice- 1 tbsp

Salt - 1/4 tsp

Cumin - 1/4 tsp

Instructions:

Peel the beets and place in a pot with a small quantity of water for about an hour, until the beets become soft (skip this step if you're using vacuumed beets).

Add more water as you see fit.

When the beets are soft, remove it from the pot, cut into cubes and chill.

Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. If the paste comes out too thick - you can add water.

Add seasoning.

Spread over toasted bread for a snack, or add spinach, artichokes and radishes for a delicious lunch!
